We are seeking five senior experts to join our Advisory Board for a one-year term. As a member, you will play a crucial role in guiding our technology roadmap and driving innovation in the following areas:
- Space Management: Facilities management and administration, sustainability, emergency preparedness.
- Visitor Experience Management: Wayfinding and signage, venue marketing, content dissemination.
- Mobility Management: Transportation management, shuttle and transit management, parking management.

Our ideal candidates will come from diverse industry backgrounds, including:

Your Role
As an Advisory Board member, you will:
- Provide strategic insights and guidance based on your industry experience.
- Help shape the technology roadmap of Vicinia.io.
- Collaborate with other experts to drive innovation and growth.
Additionally, you will:
- Participate in one in-person meeting annually.
- Join quarterly virtual strategy sessions.
- Answer surveys or general inquiries from Vicinia.io.
- Network and connect Vicinia.io with potential partners, industry leaders, or buyers.
Adhere to Vicinia.io’s confidentiality and ethical policies.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the Advisory Board, candidates should have:
- Industry leadership experience in space management, visitor experience management, or mobility management.
- A background in digital transformation, SaaS solutions, or PropTech and within the industry verticals of interest.
- Previous advisory or board experience in a relevant professional organization.
- A commitment to driving innovation and industry best practices.
