Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive and experienced Business Administrator to join our team. You will oversee daily administrative operations, and support sales and marketing efforts, including managing outreach campaigns and coordinating exhibitions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Oversee daily administrative operations, including managing schedules, coordinating executive meetings, and maintaining records.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with order processing, customer inquiries, and maintaining customer databases. Generate sales reports and track performance metrics.
  • Marketing Support: Develop and execute outreach campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and promotional materials. Coordinate and manage company participation in exhibitions and trade shows.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, approve expenditures, and analyze financial data to support business decisions.
  • Customer Relations: Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business administration, sales, and marketing.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with event planning and coordination is a plus.
